The tourism management system would play a vital role in planning the perfect trip. The tourism management system allows the user of the system to access all the details such as weather, location, events, etc. It involves the management of a multitude of activities such as studying tour destinations, planning the tour, making travel arrangements and providing accommodation. It also involves marketing efforts to attract tourists to travel to particular destinations. The main objective of this system is to overcome the manual errors and make a computerized system.
The customer can sign in/sign up and search for the tour packages. Customers can book easily through the site. And there are other features such as customers can check their Tour history and their issued tickets, and many more. And Admin can Create, Manage Packages, Manage bookings, issues, inquiries, pages. The design is pretty simple and the user won’t find it difficult to understand, use and navigate.
Tour package management
Users can view different tour packages available for tourists. They can select any packages from this module and can book the selected package by giving the details of the customer with the tour From/To date. They can also have permission to cancel the tour.
Manage Users
Admin has the privilege to manage the users.
Easy Bookings
Once logged in to the system, customers can view and book the tour package by giving the start and end dates of the tour plan. After that admin will check the package and either cancel or confirm the package based on the availability. Users can also have permission to cancel the tour for some reason. If the package is canceled by user its status will be changed to Canceled by User with the canceled date whereas if it is canceled by admin status will be Canceled by You.
Inquiries management
This system also manages all customer inquiries related to the tour package, refund and many more. Users have permission to submit inquiries regarding the tour packages. Admin can read and perform based on that inquiries. Inquiries are identified based on the ticket id.
